A wine lover and food fanatic, cooking is clearly an option life and 2 has also inspired Pilar to contribute to the cultural development of her country and the region through her work.
Her cuisine is committed to the exclusive use of what Chile produces. It reflects a careful philosophy of flexibility and balance that achieves armony of flavors, textures and colors, without forgetting the origins and culture that surround each ingredient. Today she is a true culinary Ambassador to Chile.
