Produced from 40 year old Semillon vines at our San Carlos vineyard, the grapes for this naturally sweet wine were concentrated in the vineyard by the presence of noble rot, or Botrytis cinerea.
A seductive nose of lemon peel, honeysuckle and ginger, gives way to unctuous honey and apricot flavours with just a hint of almond. Fresh acidity imparts excellent structure and length.
